As a good Milanese, I tried this place with pizza and Neapolitan specialties, which I can say were amazing. The place is new and very nice. I took the pizza with bacon, pumpkin cream, and pumpkin flakes, with chilli pistils. Plus, as anticipated, a taste of Naples frittini. To go there and return!
It's been my go-to pizzeria for years! I can only speak highly of it, because the fried foods are a one-of-a-kind delight, Neapolitan omelette and mozzarella in carrozza, TOP! They also make the montanara very well! The supplì and croquettes are super artisanal! Chips are also a drug!
But the highlight is the pizza of course! The flavors you absolutely must try are:
La Verace for those who love buffalo mozzarella, the real one! believe me it's not watered down!
'To Carmen! My absolute favorite with its double cooked sauce will make your taste buds explode.
The very tasty San Daniele, with real San Daniele raw ham
and the spicy Diavola.
Then there's also the Bico! The Diana! Even the contemporary ones are fantastic... who knows when they'll make the carbonara-inspired one again!
I can confirm that the pizza is very digestible, without strange doughs and strange flours, here the rule is genuine and quality products, like the staff, always friendly, helpful and nice, for those who love typically Neapolitan pizza with the crust you will not be disappointed, GUARANTEED , seeing is believing! The fried foods are excellent, the supplì is a little small but you just need two!
There is little choice of pizza but both the dough and the ingredients used for the toppings are delicious (you can also divide your pizza into multiple flavours).
They don't even sin on desserts.
The only flaw is that the place is a bit small, but it is currently under renovation so who knows how it will evolve in the near future.
Super recommended!
Traditional Neapolitan cuisine, rigorously high Neapolitan pizza with ingredients from the Pontine area from tomato to oil to mozzarella. Service characterized by kindness and speed. Nice environment
